Pilates is the perfect exercise system to help the body recover after childbirth. The postpartum body requires rehabilitation with emphasis on the mind-body connection that Pilates is famous for. This class is a kind reintroduction to exercise, taking into account the unique physical strains of coming back into the postnatal body.

If a dedicated Postpartum Class is not currently on the schedule, we encourage you to join a Reformer Class. Please let the instructor know that you are postpartum before class begins.
