LIVE Pilates Mat Class on Zoom

The online Pilates mat is designed to give you access to safe, challenging fitness classes wherever you are - no props/experience necessary! These are donation-based classes to eliminate as many barriers to entry as possible. Invite a friend (or 5) to join in!
